The operating system for unreleased music
One home for every song, from the first bounce to the official master.
01 · The problem
Every mix has a place. Every revision has a history. Nothing gets silently overwritten, and nobody has to ask which file is current.

01 NEW MIX DETECTED
Bounce from Logic, Pro Tools or Ableton as normal. VYNLT Desktop catches the file, names it Mix 20 and tells the team.
02 01:43
Amira left a note at 01:43 on Hayati: “Bring the lead vocal up here.” It sits on the waveform, on this exact version.
03 A/B · 01:43
Switch between Mix 19 and Mix 20 at the same second, level-matched, so you judge the mix and not the volume.
04 APPROVED
Hayati · Mix 20 approved by Harris J, Karim and the label. Recorded against the file itself.
05 OFFICIAL MASTER
Master 03 becomes the Official Master. Locked behind a passkey, so it can’t be replaced by accident.
06 VERIFIED
Checked in VYNLT Cloud, on the studio Mac and in your own Google Drive. Three copies, one truth.
03 · Storage
In VYNLT Cloud, on your computer, and in your own Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WebDAV server or NAS. Each copy is checked against the original. If one fails, the others don’t notice.
Your music doesn’t have to live only with us. Every backup is a plain folder you can open without VYNLT, with a manifest that can rebuild the library.
How sync and backup work04 · Security
Unreleased means unreleased. Security is always on and rarely in your way: one step, in plain words, when it matters.
New sign-in on MacBook Pro, London. Not you? Sign it out.
05 · Master Vault
One Official Master per song, plus its variants. Locked, so it can’t be replaced by accident. Verified wherever it’s stored.

Plan the content for every song, film it in batches, keep every edit, and post only what the artist and label approved, on the right version of the audio.

Labels
Require two-factor across the organization, see backup health for every master, and keep an audit history nobody can edit.
